The Wonderful Faces of My Friends!

Yesterday I had to wear these new strappy things.

I really liked the color of my new strappy things
(a leash and harness), Mommy says they're purple.
Then yesterday my Mommy buckled up the
new strappy thing around my puppy tummy for the
first time and I didn't like it. I thought, this can't
be right. There must be some mistake. What did
I do wrong?

Then there was some commotion around me and my
Mommy and Daddy said let's go for a walk.
What's a walk? I had no idea what to do next especially
with this strappy thing buckled around me. I really
didn't like it. Then Mommy clipped on something
she called a leash. I was thinking that I must have
done something very wrong for this to be happening
to me. All of a sudden I was being dragged across the floor on
my little butt towards the back door. I was fighting with
all of my might and of course I was loosing, I only weigh
8 pounds. I thought, oh no what's going to happen to me now!

And then in a split second we just went outside the house
and on to the sidewalk. My Mommy and Daddy spent a really
long time teaching me how to walk with this strappy thing
pulling me everywhere.

After a few blocks I got the hang of this thing we were doing.
This was walking, this was fun. I was seeing all kinds of
stuff. There were lot's of smells and things on the ground
that I could eat. Walking was great fun and I loved it already.
Of course after my first walk I was a very tired puppy.

I was so exhausted I had to crash for a little while.

Tomorrow I am going to tell you more about
my dogie Mommy and Daddy, my step-niece
Cairo the Boxer Girl and my new little friend Luka
the White Chiwawa. I hope he starts to like me!

Bye,

Max

Do I look like I could do anything wrong?

I'm starting to get worried that my Daddy is thinking
about changing my name. All day long he has been
looking at me and saying Maxie Noooooooooo!
That's not my name. Did I do something wrong?
How could that be? Don't I look innocent? I really am
a good little Black Pug Puppy, there are just so many
things I must try to eat in this house.

Bye,

Max
